Paul Micucci becomes Executive Vice-President of MEC's Gaming Division - 2003-03-25
Magna Entertainment Corp. ("MEC") (NASDAQ: MECA; TSX: MEC.A) today disclosed that Paul Micucci has been named Executive Vice-President of MEC's Gaming Division.

Prior to this, Mr. Micucci worked as Chief Financial Officer at the Ontario Casino Corporation. In this role, he assumed the added responsibilities of Project Director, overseeing the construction and production of the new Casino Windsor, Canada's first complete amenity commercial casino.

Hard times for Detroit casino, lays off 3 execs - 2003-03-25
Greektown Casino laid off 3 vice presidents late last week, including the leaders of its slot machine and customer service branches, in a cost-cutting management shakeup.

Greektown, which gained 2002 revenues of $328 million, competes with casinos headed by publicly traded Mandalay Resort Group and MGM Mirage.
