Gaming Commission postpones Horseshoe license - 2004-01-11
The state Gaming Commission Saturday signed an emergency order postponing the management of table games and slot machines at the financially troubled Horseshoe Club in downtown Las Vegas until it pays its winners.

Down Easters state that it's probable that casino gambling will be on the ballot in Rhode Island this year. If the casino gambling measure is approved, a state gambling board will pick a single operator.
