Wright Prepared To Entertain - 2004-01-14
The pet name for Ronald "Winky" Wright used to be fitting, because many audience members were blinking simply to stay awake during his bouts.

Mosley maintains the WBC and WBA titles, and the two will face each other live on HBO at Las Vegas' Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino.
"I can show it all now. I just don't have to just do jabs and defense," Wright stated. "I'm going to have to bring it all anyway for the opponent I'm fighting."

Sides prepared to contest casino lawsuit - 2004-01-14
The lawsuit to stop the Three Rivers Casino, scheduled for groundbreaking in the spring, is on a fast track, attorneys insisted Tuesday, with oral arguments to be heard in the case on Jan. 23.

This week, the state filed a motion to disregard a lawsuit filed by People Against a Casino Town, disputing that the group should have taken a different approach.
