South Chicago Heights gives perhaps the most strangest case of the eligible regions who were not mentioned in the Country Club Hills casino revenue-sharing agreement.

Village President Dave Owen stated that his board approved a resolution months ago endorsing the proposed Country Club Hills casino and offering to bargain in its gaming profits.
