Six UK greyhound tracks could be turned into gaming emporiums in an agreement featuring one of the world’s biggest casino operators, it emerged today.

Las Vegas-based MGM Mirage stated that attempts to deregulate the UK gaming industry had sweetened its £270 million control of leisure group Wembley.
Card tables, roulette and hundreds of slot machines could be introduced at greyhound tracks, including Wimbledon, Oxford and Portsmouth.
