Agreement wanted on gaming debate - 2004-01-28
Lawmakers and interest groups on both sides of the gambling issue say they will seek common ground on helping gambling addicts, whether that means putting new restrictions on credit card machines at casinos or limiting access at the door.

Gamblers can currently have cash on their credit cards at casinos, but compulsive gamblers can choose to make their credit cards unusable at gambling venues.
