Commission revamps lottery signage rules - 2004-01-03
The West Virginia Lottery Commission can't seem to determine what is or is not acceptable advertising for video lottery establishments, some local video lottery retailers revealed Friday.

The action reverses Musgrave's original interpretation of Gov. Bob Wise's executive order that banned limited video lottery from having ads or signs that used words or phrases associated with gambling.
