Hudson casino case going to appeals court - 2004-01-09
A federal appeals court in Chicago will listen to arguments this month regarding three Chippewa tribes' efforts to launch a casino at a defunct greyhound race track in Hudson.

At stake is close to 10 years of efforts by three northern Wisconsin bands of the Lake Superior Chippewa Tribe to establish a Las Vegas-style casino near a big population center.
