Placing a wager on the future - 2004-02-01
Milton McGregor says the long arguement over video gambling in Alabama no longer is focused on whether it should be permitted.

"It's here, and it's here to stay," stated the dog track magnate, who will revive his push for video bingo and other gambling machines at the Birmingham Race Course when the Legislature convenes Tuesday.
