Final Figures of Tender Offer for Station Casinos, Inc. Due 2008 - 2004-02-12
Station Casinos, Inc. revealed the end of the cash tender offer for the Company's $199,900,000 outstanding principal total of 8.875% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2008 (the "Notes") (CUSIP No. 857689AH6).

Station's properties are regional entertainment destinations and feature a range amenities, such as numerous restaurants, entertainment facilities, movie theaters, bowling and convention/banquet space, in addition to conventional casino gaming offerings like video poker, slot machines, table games, bingo and race and sports betting.

Ontario considers new casinos - 2004-02-12
Ontario's cash-strapped Liberal government is observing potential regions for new casinos in the province, but won't bring in video lottery terminals, Economic Development Minister Joe Cordiano reported today.

Cordiano revealed that no decisions will be made until he finalizes the review, but admitted gambling is an important revenue source for a government dealing with a $5.6-billion deficit this year.
