Catskill Casinos The Gambling Way - 2004-02-12
An upstate legislator yesterday welcomed a constitutional amendment that would autorize casinos in the Catskills and Buffalo.

The proposed amendment from Sen. John Bonacic (R-Orange) would also permit casino games at all horse-racing tracks in the state except Aqueduct.

"Whether we agree or disagree, the merits of gaming have already been decided," stated Bonacic, who mentioned that New York already has two Indian casinos and video slot machines.

Man dies following fight with A.C. casino guards - 2004-02-12
A Camden County man who forced his way into a casino office this week died following a brawl with security guards that was caught on videotape, authorities reported.

The administrative office, in an eight-story building a block from the casino, deals with employment and houses a telephone reservations center. It is accessible around the clock, but there was no sign Blunt had any association with it or any of its workers.
