Casino dice are prepared to roll yet again - 2004-02-13
Nightclub boss Michel Harper is gambling on third time lucky in his proposal to persuade Guildford borough planners that the community centre is in need of a casino.

Two previous applications to substitute Mr Harper’s nightclub and two bars in Bridge Street with a state-of-the-art casino facility have previously been declined by Guildford Borough Council’s planners.
